Dry Aged Beef

BORN, RAISED, AND FINISHED ON NATIVE CALIFORNIA GRASSLANDS

We want you to feel good about the source and quality of what you feed your family.

Pasture raised- Everything we sell at Thomas Beef is raised by us, to our standards, and under our supervision. Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on native California grasslands.

 

Dry aged beef- All our beef hangs in a climate-controlled room at around 36°F for 14-21 days before it is cut and packaged. Dry aging gives the beef time to mature, like a good cheese or wine! Natural enzymes break down the beef to provide a more flavorful, tender cut of beef. Dry aged beef is not usually found in grocery stores, only high-end steak houses. We’re excited to offer you a locally sourced superior product.
